My name is Michael Richardson. Born and raised in Dublin Ireland. I started my food service career as an apprentice at Jury's Hotel in Dublin. I worked in London for several years. I moved to New York in 1994 and have been cooking at Saks Fifth Avenue since 1996. I cook for a living and photograph for fun but would love to be able combine the two some time.
