I was lucky enough to be visit the New York City Wine and Food Festival grand tasting on two days this weekend. I have several things I want to share but thought I’d begin with one of my favorite things.
The 3D food printers from The Candy Lab really are an amazing innovation. I am sure there are plenty of chefs and bakers out there who will take this tool and take it places it’s creators never even imagined.
I took some photos at the show but was very unhappy with them so these are from the creators website. The video will give you an idea of the process.
I am curious to see how the use of this will develop in the future.
