Last weeks special at Café SFA was an incredible red snapper dish. The snapper was served with a spinach, daikon radish, red pepper and mango salad over sticky rice and topped with a chili black bean sauce.
The sticky rice is basically cooked as for sushi rice and we topped it with the pan seared snapper and the salad.
We will be launching several new menu items in the next couple of weeks so I should have lots of photos to share.
