I used this Saveur recipe as a basis for a meal over the weekend. I do not think my paprika was of the same quality but the dish was delicious none the less. I probably need to wait till the we return to cooler weather as it is very much comfort food.
As you can see in my photo I don't have the deep redness that is in the Saveur recipe.
